USD/CAD up slightly around C$1.0980 as headlines move on a speech in Montreal by Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney. He's repeating the bank's line from its policy statement last Thu that CAD's rapid rise can erase improvements in the economy if it persits. Carney also says he sees the US recovery as more subdued than usual. USD was C$1.0956 just before the headlines and C$1.1116 late Wed.
