The dollar is back in the dog house, hitting another 11-week low against the euro, after Paulson says Tsy's primary focus is to support Fannie, Freddie. Stocks dropped after the remarks. The dollar had rebounded a bit earlier, in anticipation of what Paulson might say. Recently EUR/USD at 1.5929 from 1.5784 late Thu. USD/JPY at 105.80 from 107.05.
