major economic news due from European economies includes UK industrial production, which is forecasted to fall and German industrial production that is expected to grow in May.The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs is slated to release the Swiss jobless data for June at 1.45 am ET. The unemployment rate is seen at 2.3% on an unadjusted basis, down from 2.4% recorded in June. At 2.00 am ET, the Estonian inflation for June is due from the Statistics Estonia.
Annual inflation was 11.3% in May.The Swedish Debt Office is slated to release the central government debt report for June at 3.30 am ET. The Central government payments in May gave a surplus of SEK13.5 billion, higher than the Debt Office''s forecast.Half an hour later, the Norwegian industrial production report for May and international reserves for June are expected. The Office for National Statistics, or ONS is predicted to announce the UK''s industrial production data at 4.30 am ET. Industrial production is expected to fall 0.1% month-on-month in May, following a 0.2% rise in the prior month. At the same time, manufacturing output is expected to remain flat. Meanwhile, the Eurozone Sentix investor confidence for July is also due. The indicator stood at 5.2 in June. Afterwards, the German industrial production is predicted to rise 0.2% in May on a monthly basis, reversing a 0.8% fall in April. Compared to prior year, output growth is seen at 3.2% in May.
